A Godrej Regal Pavilion has 13-acre land and two-phase luxury housing estate is being built in Rajendranagar, South Hyderabad, by Godrej Properties. The project aims to provide high-end living with 33-story towers that hold 2–4 BHK units that are between 1300 and 2900 square feet in size. After getting approval from RERA, the start will happen in August 2025. It will take four years to build the Godrej Regal Pavilion, and it should be done by June 30, 2029.
