On December 27, 2023, VinBigdata Company (Vingroup Corporation) officially launched the ViGPT application - the first ChatGPT version in Vietnam open to end users. At the same time, another version dedicated to businesses with a deep industry knowledge system integrated in the VinBase 2.0 multi-cognitive artificial intelligence platform was also officially launched. ViGPT community version is a "Vietnamese version of ChatGPT" for end users. The version possesses a large amount of knowledge, with the ability to create content, search, synthesize, extract information, and answer common questions. The difference and outstanding advantage of ViGPT compared to other applications that have been launched is that the information focuses on specific areas of Vietnam such as law, history, culture, famous people, landscapes, regional characteristics, etc.
In the enterprise version, ViGPT is integrated in the VinBase 2.0 artificial intelligence platform. The version will contribute to changing operating habits and improving business efficiency, marketing, customer service, and risk management. This is also the technology that paves the way for the birth of an ecosystem of integrated AI solutions created by VinBigdata called ViChat, ViVoice, and ViVi Virtual Assistant.
With mastery from the deepest core model layers to developing applications for VinBigdata's end users, ViGPT owns more than 600GB of refined Vietnamese data taken from many fields.
Currently, VinBigdata is also applying the above technology in recently launched products such as legal virtual assistants for citizens of state agencies and the upcoming product is the ViVi virtual assistant integrated with AI generation on VinFast electric vehicles.
In the future, ViGPT will be integrated into a number of products in many different fields such as transportation, banking, finance, insurance... Advanced technology will support users to search and synthesize information faster and simpler than before.
